It needed some days to get the manufacturing smell away but now it is perfect for my purposes.

A simple and cute tutu. Bought size 5-6 for my 5 year old daughter it fitted her perfect. Fantastic service and communication. Really happy and would order from Katz again.

Postage within in the UK

Up to £50.00 = 1st class £3.95

£50.01- £150.00 = Royal Mail Tracked £4.50

Over £150.00 Parcel Force Next Day £7.50

We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours of being placed excluding Weekends and bank Holidays. Subject to stock availability.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcel Force 24 hour depending on the weight within Great Britain only.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and may need a signature when the delivery is made.

If any of your order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the due delivery date.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee Specific deadlines.

RETURNS

You may return goods sold by Topline Within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price or an exchange.

We do charge for the return postage for exchanged goods and we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any Footwear or Accessories that have been worn.

Item has worn, scruff marks
Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery

All returned items must be in there original condition and including all packaging or a refund/exchanged will not be issued.

Refunds will be issued between 5-10 days once item is received back. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
